The Problem We Saw
African football produces world-class talent at every level. But grassroots coaches make decisions without data. Academy players develop without proper intelligence tools. The gap between African football and European football is not talent — it is access to infrastructure and knowledge.

How We Started
We started by building Tactica — a tactical AI engine that gives any coach access to the same level of pre-match analysis that a Premier League club pays thousands of pounds for. We built it mobile-first, with African connectivity and African coaches in mind, while making it powerful enough for use at any level of the game.

The European Connection
Our Academy vision is built on direct European club partnerships. Not just sending players abroad — but creating a genuine pipeline where African talent is developed with European standards, European data systems, and European coaching philosophies from day one.
